Bliss Etiquette

Because we want your experience at Bliss to be memorable for all the right reasons, we ask that you observe the following respectful practices:

• Please ensure mobile phones are switched off or on silent at all times
• If you must take a phone call, please keep your voice low
• Bliss is not a place for children. If you find you must bring your child with you to your appointment, please advise us with notice so we can be sure other clients will not be disturbed
• All bookings require a minimum 24 hours notice for cancellations and 48 hours for appointments over 2 hours
• When booking an appointment over 2 hours long, we will ask for a 50% deposit to secure the booking.
• Please arrive to your appointment 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment so there is adequate time to relax and prepare for your service
• If you happen to be late for your appointment, your service will still finish at the scheduled time and you will be charged for the full service you booked
• Should you wish to add or remove any services to your booking, please phone us prior to your appointment to ensure we have an appropriate amount of time reserved for you.
